Screw motors are used for:

Turbodrills are used for drilling oil and gas wells with bits of all types and mud density up to 2 g/cm3 and higher; in heat-resistant design, they can operate at temperatures up to +250 ۫ C.

We produce and sell both traditional serial turbodrills of all types and spare parts for them, as well as new improved models of turbodrills.

The advantage of our turbodrills lies in their increased energy performance, which is ensured by the special profile of the turbine blades and the use of turbines manufactured by precision casting.

SINGLE-SCREW MULTI-PHASE PUMP

• pump without pulsations and emulsification gas-liquid mixtures with a gas content of up to 80%, while the efficiency of installations for pumping water-gas-oil mixtures is 65-70%;
• reduce capital and operating costs for equipment for intermediate oil pumping, also pump all well products (oil, water, associated gas) directly to oil treatment units, bypassing booster pump stations;
• extinguish flares for burning associated petroleum gas and use it for technological purposes at the OPF;
• reduce pressure at wellheads, increase oil recovery, reduce the work intensity of submersible pumps and, as a result, increase their standard service life;
• reduce the cost of heating when pumping viscous oil (heating is not required), as well as oil with a high content of mechanical impurities.
• The modular design of the OMFNU can significantly reduce maintenance costs.
