Screw motors are used for:

Turbodrills are used for drilling oil and gas wells with bits of all types and mud density up to 2 g/cm3 and higher; in heat-resistant design, they can operate at temperatures up to +250 ۫ C.

We produce and sell both traditional serial turbodrills of all types and spare parts for them, as well as new improved models of turbodrills.

The advantage of our turbodrills lies in their increased energy performance, which is ensured by the special profile of the turbine blades and the use of turbines manufactured by precision casting.

SINGLE-SCREW MULTI-PHASE PUMP

• pump without pulsations and emulsification gas-liquid mixtures with a gas content of up to 80%, while the efficiency of installations for pumping water-gas-oil mixtures is 65-70%;
• reduce capital and operating costs for equipment for intermediate oil pumping, also pump all well products (oil, water, associated gas) directly to oil treatment units, bypassing booster pump stations;
• extinguish flares for burning associated petroleum gas and use it for technological purposes at the OPF;
• reduce pressure at wellheads, increase oil recovery, reduce the work intensity of submersible pumps and, as a result, increase their standard service life;
• reduce the cost of heating when pumping viscous oil (heating is not required), as well as oil with a high content of mechanical impurities.
• The modular design of the OMFNU can significantly reduce maintenance costs.

Single screw multiphase pumps manufactured by our company are widely used in oil production and pumping, construction, public utilities, pulp and paper, food, and mining industries.

• Turbodrill tongs K2, K10 are designed for making and breaking threaded connections of downhole screw motors and turbodrills with a diameter of 54 to 240 mm. This allows maintenance of almost all standard sizes of engines manufactured in the Russian Federation. The supplied equipment, depending on the characteristics, is equipped with a control system (computer, digital display, controller).

• Pressing stands СР35, СР100 are used for pressing out and pressing in spindle and motor sections of the PDM and turbine sections. СР100 provides unpressurization of knots up to 7000 mm long in automatic step-by-step mode. At the request of the customer, the length of the stand frame can be changed.

• Run-in test benches SOI250, SOI1000 are used to determine the actual energy characteristics of the main engine, check the quality of the repair, run-in the main engine after repair in order to ensure the mutual running-in of parts. The delivery set (installation base, drain pipeline, control panel, pumping unit, receiving tank, pressure manifold) is specified in the supply contract. At the request of the customer, the stand can be equipped with special software Motor Stand, which allows you to automatically process the data of the bench tests.
